Snowshoe Loaner Program

Stop at the Kinzua Bridge State Park Visitor Center for a "how to" & history of snowshoeing.  Following the instructions, you may borrow snowshoes to hike around the park on a first come, first served basis.  Visitors must present a current driver's license to borrow the shoes and the shoe must stay in the park.  A snow depth of 6 inches is needed.  Check on the snow conditions by going to our website at http://www.dcnr.pa.gov/StateParks and clicking on winter report.
