Shinrin-Yoku is a healing practice that is set in a forest or other natural setting. This practice of taking in the beauty of nature, or basking in the forest, is sometimes translated from Japanese as, "forest bathing." Shinrin-Yoku has been proven to be good for the human body: it lowers blood pressure, enhances the immune system and regulates the heart. It is also a beautiful way to reconnect with your senses and awaken your intuitive wisdom and sense of wonder!
