Plastic Pollution Solution: One Small Change

Plastic pollution in our waters has many effects on humans, wildlife and the environment. An exhibit will be installed on the second floor of the TREC illuminating this issue and its local implications. This exhibit will explore what actions are being taken to address this complex issue. This exhibit will feature a large artwork funded by Erie Arts & Culture to highlight the issue. The exhibit will also include local efforts to address this issue and speakers. Partners sponsoring this exhibit are the TREC Foundation, DCNR, PA Sea Grant, Regional Science Consortium, Erie Arts & Culture, S.O.N.S. of Lake Erie, and Environment Erie. Admission to the TREC is free. No registration required.

A free film: Plastic Ocean will be shown on July 20 at 7PM in the Big Green Screen sponsored by the S.O.N.S. of Lake Erie.
