Night Sky Exploration

Join Tom Traub, Project Director for the Martz Observatory, and learn the essentials of stargazing.  The planets Jupiter and Saturn will be visible.  We’ll be trying out the park’s telescope to discover where and when to look for planets and deep sky objects.  If you have a telescope gathering dust, bring it out and get some tips on using it from an expert.   Remember to bring a jacket, blanket/chair and flashlight.
