Join the park naturalist for a hike along the shores F.J. Sayers Lake to observe the resident bald eagles, their nest, & maybe their young! This hike will allow us to view the nest at a close, but safe & respectful distance. Binoculars will be provided. The hike is about a mile in length but participants will be traversing rough, uneven, & muddy terrain. Please dress for the weather & wear sturdy shoes. Program is dependent on lake levels.
Please call 814-625-9369 to preregister.
Meet at the Temporary Park Office.
