DiscoverE - Deer

Explore the world of deer with a park naturalist. Children ages 3-5 with an accompanying adult are invited. Sit for a story, create a take home craft and participate in hands-on activities. Class size is limited.

Registration is required.  Click the green button for online registration.  Then call 814-833-7424 to arrange the $3.00 per person non-refundable fee or pay at the start of the program with exact change or a check made out to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Programming is subject to modification or cancellation at the discretion of park staff.  If you need an accommodation to participate in Park activities due to a disability, please contact Presque Isle State Park at 814-833-7424 to make arrangements for your visit.  With at least three days’ notice, interpreters for people who are deaf or hard of hearing are available for educational programs.  Please call the Erie ASL Interpreters’ Office at (814) 806-2511 for more information about this service.

This is a great program for preschool children and what an opportunity for the kids to learn about wild life. The instructor is very good at keeping the kids busy and offers several different activities.
