Beltzville State Park

The 3,002-acre Beltzville State Park is in the southern foothills of the Poconos. Pohopoco Creek, an excellent trout stream, feeds the 949-acre Beltzville Lake, which is a rest stop for migrating waterfowl and is a destination for boaters and anglers. The sand beach and picnic pavilions are very popular.

Absolutely amazing. My granddaughter wants to be an archaeologist when she grows up and this was exactly where she wanted to be. I nearly had to drag her away kicking and screaming! Can't wait to do this again in Jan!!!

As always, Cindy was very informative and on point. It was great to meet Mike as well, they make a great team. Despite the fact that we were very late, Cindy was very patient with us and we absorbed everything she had to offer.
We look forward to all the events we can fit in over summer and are already looking forward to the 2018 season. Thank you for putting on these events. My granddaughter is incredibly smart and is high stimulation. I couldn't keep up without you all to help us along! (Well, I could and I do. However, it might not be as fun!!)

Great weather, fun paddlers. Nicely conducted by Cindy, Mike & John. This event went like clockwork. Looking forward to the next kayak event.

This was a great tour. It was awesome being able to actually go down inside the tower and hear about how the dam operates.
